"This property can be valet only at random times, be advised they do not lend out luggage carts. You will have to have the valet wait while you select the bags you want them to bring up the room. It’s awkward following them on foot while they park your car, then they watch you while you select which bags you want brought up. This system does not work well if you do not want your bags handled by someone else or do not want anyone else knowing what is remaining in your vehicle. The valet was very kind though, but this system would prevent us from staying again. Room was clean, balcony was nice, one of the beds was caved in in the middle though which was concerning for the price. We simply did not use that bed. Pool was very nice. It felt more like a wellness center than a hotel. Huge emphasis on landscaping. Loved the life size chess pieces and board. Kids played with that for an hour. Really nice touch. If they can revise the valet to be always optional and allow you to use your own luggage carts, we would return."
