"Big rooms, very kind staff, main hall looks very nice. The water stream at the shower was a bit weak"

"The bedroom was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was extremely damp and mouldy. Overall abit of a tired hotel. Staff are nice but couldn’t help me much with my issues or questions. There is a nice pool but a large party playing loud music and drinking had been allowed to sit by the pool so it felt uncomfortable to use the pool when I arrived. I paid more for a “Mountain View” room but I was told that didn’t really exist so I wouldn’t advise booking that and paying more...

"We had always wanted to stay on a Tea Estate in the hills and this did not disappoint. A great tour of the estate was arranged either the Tea Estate Manager and was an excellent insight into how tea is grown and picked. Great views from the veranda. Staff most helpful."

"This hotel was beautiful, but the road to get there may not be worth it. It eventually turns into a dirt road and it can be dangerous. It is a very long way up the mountain. The only way to get there is a tuktuk or scooter, but that still could be dangerous. Just know that it is a long way out of Kandy."

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy. "

"Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Das Personal im Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und z.Z. weihnachtlich eingerichtet. Die Speisen sind sehr fein. Schade nur, dass einiges auf der Karte nicht erhältlich war. "
