Checking in process was terrible unorganised monies taken out when shouldn’t have 1 king size bed for 3 people? Just common sense would tell you is another bed needed?
Hotel itself was very good staff I dealt with very helpful just the processes was bad

"We booked for a Saturday night before our flight back home on Sunday evening. The late checkout was really helpful since we had a later flight- we paid a $60 fee which allowed us to check out at 6pm on Sunday. Most hotels have a late checkout of 2 or 3pm at the very latest, so we were very grateful ..."
