"Very pleasant staff "

"I didn't like the fact the elevator was broken so I had to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. My daughter & I were staying for 4days so the suitcase wasn't just an overnight bag. Plus we had other bags with us. The pool wasn't open, website stayed Sept thru may which seems like a very odd time for it to be open. The front desk people were great. Always saying hi & to have a great day when we left for the day & hi on our way back thru to our room. Our room did have a dead mosquito on the window sill & a piece of cat food on the floor. Water pressure sucked too. All n all it wasn't a horrible stay. We could walk to several different places to eat. It's in a great location. "

"Beautiful hotel, really nice room with comfy beds and a good clean bathroom. My only complaint would be that room service didn’t come for two days, we had to call to get them to give us clean towels. Also, they need more people at the front desk. All in all, though, I have no complaints :)"

"Great place! Rooms could use some updates. There was a hole in the wall, the bathroom light glitched in a strobe light fashion, and the toilet seat kept coming off. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly."
