"Upon entering the building you could smell a bad odor from the carpet my room odor was even worst I got a headache from the smell, there was nothing in the room to hang my suit looks like the clothes rock was rip off the wall, I ask for a room change in the morning the guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating gave me a different room which didn't smell, but this property could use a good face lift. It is very conveniently located close to lots of shopping opportunities."

"1-2 blocks from hospitals and from university medical campus. Best thing is the free shuttle to anywhere in the downtown and (after calling the driver) coming back. Important since no nearby city bus stops. Food & drink: free breakfast is fine, bar open at 5pm, no restaurant in hotel or nearby but several in 15 min. walking distance on Main Street (and the shuttle can take you directly to a supermarket or any downtown restaurant). Fridge in the room."

"Complete and utter disaster. The place is completely run down. Broken room windows. No signs anywhere. I honestly thought the place was closed down. Hate the fact Hotel.com dupes its users. The pictures for this hotel are probably 10 years old. No way the rating is really 7.8 on the app. Hallways reek of weed."

"We arrived early and asked if our rooms were ready. I booked 2 rooms, when I booked it stated that they had adjoining rooms available. I asked and they said none were available. You can tell they have been doing some remodeling but for some reason the noise is terrible, people in the hallway sound like they are in your room. All night long we could hear people, therefore we did not get a good night sleep. The view out our window was a rundown bowling alley. The breakfast had 2 broken waffle makers with only one working. The conditioner as empty in the shower. Checkout is at 11 and at 10:45 someone knocked on our door, I opened the door and he said, oh i didn't hear anyone and thought you had left. Very strange behavior. I wish I would have spent the extra money and stayed down by the falls."
