"Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example. Lastly, the hotel serves mainly families with kids. There is loud music and screaming kids all day. So if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this is not it. "

"We went with 2 other families for our 3rd time and it is a great destination for short breaks. Lots for the kids to do and plenty of space. Buffet could be better is the only lower mark I would give. "

"Considering hotel location is on a new island, property rooms are preanted as dated and in need of upgrade when compared to neighbouring hotels. Significant construction work and traffic immediately outside hotel that starts at 7am 7 days a week! Waiting over 4 hours to check in, after i had already checked in on line to arrive before 12pm. A sham."
