" had a wonderful four night stay at Arabian Park, Dubai. The hotel was immaculate. My room on the sixth floor was kept clean & tidy by the lovely maids team who were on hand daily. The front desk staff were very attentive, always approachable & very helpful. They really couldn’t do enough to make my stay as pleasurable & memorable as it was. Breakfast was 5*. An amazing buffet with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Lovely waiter/waitress team too. Very attentive. It’s an 11/10 score from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel."

"I arrived to find that the room I had reserved was not available a that I was “upgraded “ to a duplex loft. I don’t like duplexes and I don’t like lofts. There weee no simplex rooms available even though the hotel was virtually empty. The Carna steakhouse was not open. "

"Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early "
