"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in process was poorly organized, and the reception staff were unhelpful and lacked professionalism. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and we had to wait for more than an hour. We only received the room after the hotel manager intervened.
In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffets were very limited in both variety and quality, falling well below the standard expected of a hotel in this category. I hope the management...
