"Superb hotel with very good food and service. Brilliant for a family trip. The evening entertainment at this hotel is the best I’ve ever seen, it’s like a full west end show every night. Staff are great. Restaurants also very good. The condition of the hotel is good, the rooms are good (not the best Ive been to at a Rixos but still good). The hotel is very Russian heavy and as a result some stuff is aimed to that culture, but not a major issue. "

"Staff were stunning from the valet people, the bell boy, the welcome staff, the reception staff, the staff in the restaurant to the ones who sorted room service, all were super. A fantastic staff, just awesome! The hotel itself is beautiful, very very clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. Love the refreshments in the room, particularly the decaf coffee which is a rarity and something I really appreciate. An abundance of beach chairs as well as rest areas, lots of clean towels and great music. The restaurant is really good with a great choice at reasonable prices. Food was yummy too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ! "

"The Ritz experience truly amazes you. From the moment you step in, the staffs all address you by your name, which is truly amazing. The staffs are always ready to serve, with much enthusiasm even though some of them were working the night before. It was truly an amazing stay, made special by the staffs. Kudos to Ritz.
