"Greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Smooth and easy check in. We had paid for room prior to arrival. Our group was wanting parking for our vehicle. I did not request this at the time of booking. By the time we had arrived at accommodation, there were no spots left. The staff kindly advised that the carpark across the road could accommodate us. This is private car park, not covered, and park at your own risk. We were staying on a weekend so rate for 24 hours parking was $15, which I thought was reasonable, but did feel my vehicle was exposed. ROOM: Decent size room with all the usual amenities + more. I loved the small touches ~ lavender balm to apply to temples for sleep, yoga mat and 'roller' if you are in to that. CLEANLINESS: Room was spotless. SUPPLIES: Had a jug and usual tea/coffee supplies. You did have to phone reception if you needed milk. This was then sent to your room by a small robot. Small fridge in room. First time I have encountered such a 'slim line' fridge. It would not fit a bottle of water due to it being so 'thin'. It basically fits nothing in it, apart from the small bottles of milk they provide. When I talk bottles of milk, think 'shot glass' size. Bathroom had shower/toilet set up. The only issue we had is the 'barn door' to the bathroom would not stay closed, it would slide back on itself. This did not matter for us as we were still able to maintain some privacy (did have to hold it close to go to toilet. "

"This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM! "
