Hotels with Swimming Pools in Ratanada

"Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room. 9. Sofa had stain on it. "

"One of the best stays that I’ve ever had. The property is beautifully designed - like a hidden cache of green, fertile ground in a desert. The staff demonstrated high attentiveness without the overwrought, hammy nonsense that you receive throughout India. Instead, the staff seemed kind and dignified - an attitude commensurate with the beauty of the facility. The hotel advised us, at checkin, that we should not tip anyone until checkout - at which time, the hotel would share our tip across its staff. The room was super comfortable with a large, well-appointed bathroom. We enjoyed the pool (where the staff would occasionally serve complimentary snacks (eg roasted corn-on-the-cob, sweet lassi, etc…). We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant more than other food venues in the city. No complaints! Really great place!"

"Amazing hotel! The Experience I have was incredible. The chef every morning was attentive, friendly and shared with my different food options to try, this was more than just a buffet. The most special moment was when I was sitting in the car and Bharat Singh came to me with a special souvenirs. What a moment! I will definitely come back with my tour with family and friends. "

"This is a grand Palace, however, very few visitors, even in the midst of the peak season because of the poor maintenance as well as limited services. Our showers as well as toilet was in terrible shape. Go else with the worst I ever seen in my trip for a long, long time."

"Excellent service, awesome decor and fantastic food. Our in hotel experience was really, really good. The car service arranged by the travel desk was also excellent. We however did not have a good experience with the guide arranged by the travel desk. We were more interested in sightseeing but the guide was more interested in taking us shopping. Very pushy and very, very exhausting. We would recommend that you use the car service and recommendations for places to visit from the travel desk but not the full day guide. "
