"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "I had a positive stay at this hotel in Esslingen, which is excellently located in the city center. The convenience of the location was a highlight of the trip. However, there were a few maintenance issues in the bathroom that impacted the experience. The extractor fan was not functioning, which led to lingering odors, and the shower had a persistent drip. Despite these technical points, the overall stay was enjoyable."
