"The lobby and front area of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and make a great first impression. The staff throughout our stay were kind, welcoming, and helpful, which we really appreciated.
However, the rooms are quite dated and could definitely use a facelift. While everything was functional, the overall feel didn’t match the level of the lobby or the service.
Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the staff, but the rooms could use some updating to bring everything up to the same standard."
