"The room floor not clean. Bed cover very ugly with yellow colour spotted & bath towel is look very old. Won’t go back again!"

"Booked a single bed, given a twin instead. Asked for a changed and even were asked to contact expedia, but didn’t give any compensation anyway. Towels have black spots, window seal were broken, bathroom smelt like smoking, complicated maze to go to room & reception."
