Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations!

We were upgraded our stay. Clean room in a quiet neighbourhood. Toilet flush was quite weak and made noises in the middle of the night.

Love the ace, a shame the lobby bar wasn’t open until late on Wednesday like google review said, and couple of the bar staff not very friendly. All other staff at reception are lovely. Thanks for having us

"If you prefer to do your own cooking for what ever reason go for it they have everything you need other than an air fryer , the villas have the added bonus of a bbq , parking great staff fantastic , so quiet i could have slept for days. Yes this was in off peak period"

"The room was nice , everything is new , bed was amazing, the best Part of this stay was the staff from check in to check out right through to the cleaners everyone was so helpful and friendly. This is next to a pub which has great food very convenient. Would highly recommend to stay here ."
