Super nice place, lovely, super helpful staff! The showers weren’t hot, but not freezing. Great base for exploring the area. We hiked to the top of one of the mountains with a guide arranged by the manager. THEN floated through a cave on tubes. Super fun day!

At check in they couldn't find my name. Then when I told them I already paid while booking 2 months prior they disagree and they put me on the phone with apparently an expedia customer service rep... after debating for few minutes they gave me the room keys. Room looked cheap and the shower dirty, water was barely running and it was cold
