"Do not spend the money for this horribly outdated hotel! You are much better off staying at an "apartment" that one of the locals can provide. "Hotel Life Palace is fantastic! Great location: right in the middle of Old Town, which is charming, fully pedestrianized, and easily walkable. (No cars in Old Town but it’s small enough that it’s easy to carry/roll your suitcase to you car, taxi, or bus.) There are bistros, snack-shops, cafes, and full restaurants right out the front door or around the corner. But a word of warning: for breakfast, you’ll want to stay in the hotel—every morning, there’s a great selection of treats and mainstays. The hotel itself is super-comfortable—you get the visual delight of a historic palace combined with modern comforts. And, finally, the staff is amazing—efficient, attentive, and super-nice."
