The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

The room was fine, the staff outstanding BUT the faucet water was yellow. Also the key card always out of commission… having to go to the lobby several times.

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento na recepção (claro que não são todos), questão de toalhas e lençóis que não ficam disponíveis no quarto e é uma batalha pra chegar quando solicitado. No banho, a água fica sem descer no ralo deixando a área inundada por um bom tempo. Poderiam tbm oferecer 1 chave do quarto a mais, independente de quantas pessoas estejam no quarto.

Desrespeito. Imundície. Má fé. Precariedade.

Muito ruim. Primeiro reservei um hotel e venderam meu quarto para outra pessoa e inventaram que houve manutenção. Isso é mentira, ouvi de profissionais que essa rede está com essa prática recorrente. Segundo, colocaram eu e minha esposa em um hotel muito inferior do que o que tinha cuidadosamente selecionado. Um quarto encardido, horroroso, o ar não poderia ser ajustado, pois o controle não funcionava, haviam vermes no chão do chuveiro, uma negação. Por fim, reitero a falta de respeito com nossa pesquisa e seleção. O hotel que reservei tinha piscina, onde eu e minha esposa relaxariariamos antes do voo. A espelunca que nos despejaram tinha um tremendo esgoto a céu aberto bem na frente.

Os funcionários até que são atencioso,mas deixa muito a deseja. A comida mais ou menos, a limpeza e o pior, o quarto tinha poera em tudo, tudo. Também pelo que vi só uma camareira pra fazer a limpeza dos quartos, a toalha que meu esposo pegou tava disfarelando, então deixa a deseja de mais. Não tirei foto da estadia.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado, mas com alguns

O hotel me surpreendeu, uma vez que há muitos comentários críticos nas avaliações. O quarto que fiquei era muito espaçoso, com mobília bem conservada, com uma excelente vista que dava para ver a praia. O banheiro tinha chuveiro com jato forte e com água quente. O café da manhã era bom, mas poderia oferecer mais variedade. A localização é outro ponto forte - é possível ir a pé até a praia, há um Carrefour bem em frente e vários restaurantes nas proximidades. Como pontos negativos, destaco a ausência de estacionamento gratuito (o carro precisa ser deixado com o manobrista do hotel, ao custo de R$ 15,00 por diária) e a limpeza da piscina que poderia ser melhor.
