Convenient & good

Close to old town which is where the action Is around Carnival. Nothing much around it but better that further south. It’s right at Marina if you are a boater.

Precisa treinar melhor os funcionários

As instalações são maravilhosas, o apartamento limpo, moderno, com uma varanda ótima e linda vista. O hotel tem um design lindo, moderno, novo, assim como a área da piscina são muito agradáveis. Mas não posso deixar de criticar o serviço. O serviço peca de forma gritante. Eu já me hospedei 2x no hotel em datas comemorativas. Na primeira, meu aniversário de casamento, fomos mimados com uns docinhos e cartão, na segunda, que foi meu aniversário e dia das mães, nada aconteceu. O atendimento do check in é lento e desorganizado. Não se forma uma fila única, as pessoas passam na frente uma das outras e como sugestão sugiro separar as filas de check in e check out para dar mais agilidade. Mas a cereja do bolo do péssimo atendimento está na piscina. Um lugar que deveria ter o maior volume de consumo pelo hóspede, mas que o atendimento ineficiente e despreparado impede. Confusão na hora de colocar o consumo por quatro. No meu caso, aconteceu de meus parentes chegarem com antecedência de 30 minutos e já tinham pedido várias coisas, mas na hora da conta, todos os itens pedidos foram colocados no meu quarto, incompreensível. Mas supus que a atendente esqueceu de lançar os pedidos no apartamento correto e colocou tudo pra mim, desagradável. A aparência das funcionárias não é boa, verifiquei descuido na hora de se apresentar, cabelos assanhados, roupa amassada, enfim. A demora no serviço também é demasiada. Não condiz com um Novotel.
