Pior estadia até hj
Pior estadia que tive até hj, cheguei a pousada e não havia quarto para a minha família. Nos colocaram em uma casa com um cheiro muito forte de mofo a ponto de minha filha não conseguir dormir. Após contato com a responsável via whatsapp a mesma orientou que eu procurasse aonde eu fiz a reserva e pedisse que fosse relocado em outra pousada e que eu podia ficar a vontade. Por fim fiquei muito decepcionado com o tratamento da responsável. No segundo dia após várias reclamações nos mandaram para a pousada, que o nosso quarto estava com o assento sanitário quebrado e demorou três dias para a troca do assento. Café da manhã péssimo, não tinha nem manteiga que é o mínimo do mínimo

SHOW DE HORRORES
Quando chegamos à pousada, estava sem energia elétrica. Durante à noite no mesmo dia, faltou água e não voltou, apenas, no quarto em que estávamos. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, trocamos para um quarto que não estava higienizado e nem sequer as camas estavam forradas, notamos que o ar-condicionado dessa nova acomodação estava sem funcionar e novamente solicitamos a troca de quarto. O responsável pela pousada que estava no momento, disse que a acomodação que estávamos estava em manutenção, mas mesmo assim nos colocaram lá. Solicitamos novamente a troca de quarto, mas nos colocaram em um quarto duplo, quando na realidade pagamos por um triplo. Vale salientar, que os quartos estão sucateados, com os eletrodomésticos sem funcionar. Por fim, na nossa última diária entramos em contato com a responsável pela pousada, que foi extremamente incompreensiva com as nossas queixas e inclusiva nos ridicularizou pelo ocorrido!!!! SHOW DE HORRORES

A pousada era simples, mas era o suficiente para quem queria algo só para dormir e aproveitar a cidade! O café da manhã era uma delícia! O problema é que são muitas escadas para quem tem problema de mobilidade, pois o café era no último andar!

Coisas que podiam melhorar
Antes de me hospedar vi vários comentário, positivos e negativos, sobre o cheiro ruim eu não senti. Mas a pousada deveria se atentar mais para a questão limpeza. O quarto tinha algumas manchas nos lençóis e toalhas já o banheiro foi onde deixou a desejar, pelo fato do banheiro não ter box e sim uma curtinha acaba molhando o banheiro todo, a curtinha do banheiro estáva suja com manchas, e onde coloca a toalha estava quebrado, o local de dormir é bom e confortável o atendimento e as meninas do café da manhã super gentis, mas já o café da manhã deixou também a desejar, pouca variedade o buffet bem limitado. O quarto da pra ouvir tudo do lado de fora, e as portas tem pequenas brechas. Se está querendo um lugar só pra curtir as praias de porto e na volta dormir, irá atender sua expectativa. Pontos positivos: atendimento, localização ótima e bem próxima a mercado e o centro de Porto.

Estive hospedada no apartame to 02, térreo. Infelizmente fui premiada com a presença de moriçocas, traças e baratas no quarto, além do cheiro de mofo. Os lençóis são velhos, camas e travesseiros necessitendo de limpeza. Ao lado do meu quarto tinha um barulho terrivel, me parece de um gerador ou algo parecido. No último dia sa minha hospedagem realizaram a limpeza da área externa, e a agua acabou entrando por baixo da porta, quando cheguei no quarto estava alagado. Enfim...
