O hotel tem uma boa localização p quem quer ir para o aeroporto, mas fomos colocados em um quarto em que o colchão tem um desnível no meio, como se tivesse emendado um colchão no outro e uma era mais baixo, horrível!

A estadia foi razoável. O café da manhã é simples, mas satisfatório. O quarto é básico, porém a cama é confortável. A localização não oferece muitas opções de comércio por perto, como farmácias, supermercados ou lanchonetes, o que pode ser um ponto negativo para quem gosta de fazer tudo a pé. O que mais me incomodou foi a instabilidade do wi-fi. Por outro lado, os atendentes foram muito cordiais e, no geral, a estadia atendeu ao propósito.

Pior hotel, não fiquem nesse lugar!!!!

Pior estadia que ja tive, hotel com mal cheiro geral, meu quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de esgoto, fui na recepção pedir pra trocar e acharam que eu estava mentindo, foi preciso o rapaz ir até meu quarto e sentir o mal cheiro pra poder aceitar a troca do quarto, tive que pagar uma taxa de 30 reais pra ter direito de colocar meu carro no estacionamento, mesmo na descrição da reserva informar ser incluso. No checkout queriam me cobrar novamente o estacionamento duvidando que eu havia pago, tive que passar pelo constrangimento na recepção de procurar o comprovante de pagamento pra mostrar que havia pago. 1h30m após sair do hotel, lembrei que havia deixado um item no frigobar que seria um presente, entrei em contato por telefone de imediato e disseram que não tinha nada la. Alguém pegou o item pra si e eu fiquei no prejuízo. Resumindo não volto nesse hotel nunca mais nem jamais recomendo pra alguém. Péssimo!!!!

O hotel possui uma ótima estrutura, aparentemente é novo, café da manhã maravilhoso e os recepcionistas foram muito cordiais e atenciosos. Porém, a cama era horrível, acho que juntaram duas de solteiro para formar uma de casal, péssima qualidade.

Parece que o hotel foi inaugurado as pressas e mtas coisa de acabamento foram feitas sem capricho. Cafe da manha fraco (nenhum tipo de suco natural. Suco tang. Péssimo) Faltou água quente nos qtos e não tinha uma pessoa de plantao para resolver. Deixou a desejar. Nem o pessoal da central em SC sabia sobre o hotel. Nao tinham o telefone do hotel.
