"We had an excellent stay. Great room.
Good food. Great facilities especially the pools. Well-maintained premises. The staff do a job in keeping everything clean. We never spotted any litter across the entire property. Very good service although at times we felt that even though the staff spoke in English we sometimes had trouble explaining what we wanted.
Some minor stuff that we feel could improve the experience even more:
1) during check in it would be good to understand from the staff what all is available at the hotel. There was a lot we found out about on our own and in many cases only on our last day.
2) although it’s ok that the drinks during dinner and breakfast are charged, a complimentary bottle of water could be provided at each table.
One strange experience we had was with the agency that arranges excursions. One minute the price (very steep compared to what others were offering online) was in dollars but as soon as he found out that we live in the U.K., the price changed to Euros. All we can say is be careful and do your research before signing up. You’ll find better rates and similar service online.
In summary, it’s a great property offering an excellent experience."
