Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really feel the level of hospitality here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there. The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. "The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice."
