"Dede was welcoming, the lighthouse room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was large. The breakfast was unexpected (I didn’t recall reading that) and fantastic. The rooms are on the second floor so you do have to haul luggage up stairs. Also, Expedia had no mention of air conditioning so I called the facility, and they do indeed have AC! The only thing I would add are more outlets by the bed. I would definitely come back if I find myself in the area again."

At check in we were not informed that there was coffee available in the office area in the morning. "Room was decent & clean. Beds were comfy, but blankets were inadequate. AC worked fine. Appliances were clean & worked well. Plenty of hot water for showers. Two things that were an issue: 1. No grab bars in the bath tub. Tub was narrow & slippery, and felt unsafe. Even 1 grab bar would have made it feel safe. 2. There was not a desk in the room, which made it difficult as I was unable to work on things I needed to do while there."

If you’re looking somewhere to stay in the Alexandria Bay Area I highly suggest this place! Clean comfy quiet beautiful property. Added bonus is right on a golf coarse also!"
