"I arrived at the counter around 1:00am after a long flight. I was greeted immediately by a pleasant clerk (I can’t recall his name) who got me into my room quickly. I had a short but quiet rest before heading to the airport again. Checkout was easy and I had points I used toward a quick treat from the pantry. The shuttle was on-time and comfortable. This is my go-to stay when traveling through SFO. "

"We returned for another staycation while hosting my parents for my mother’s birthday, and once again had an excellent experience. The front desk team truly stands out. They are consistently professional, caring, and responsive. During this stay, my mother (who has Alzheimer’s) misplaced a treasured cosmetic bag, and the front desk worked with housekeeping to safely return it to us. We were incredibly grateful. On a previous visit, they also kindly accommodated a late checkout when she wasn’t feeling well, which meant a lot to our family. The ADA room we booked this time was perfect for my senior parents—spacious, safe, and felt more updated than the standard queen room we stayed in before. The shower was especially nice. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room made everything very convenient. Despite the cold weather, the pool was warm and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight with great variety and efficient, friendly staff. We also loved the cocktail hour and relaxing koi pond atmosphere. Overall, this is our top choice for family staycations. The service, especially from the front desk, consistently makes us feel cared for and at home. We look forward to returning again."
