"GREAT VIEW, very nice house with great decor, and many personal touches. Great kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. however there are few things we like to point out: 1. if you need help, you are dealing with AI !!! 2. the fancy coffee / barista Breville espresso machine did not work until we completely cleaned up the messes from previous renters. we watched utube clips how to work this machine ! 3. in the first night (at 10.30pm) my husband had to run back to the grocery store and buy more/ extra toilette paper that we would have enough for the next morning ! the cleaning service was not doing their jobs ! 4. the upstairs bedroom had security issues. the door to the upstairs balcony only closed - locking up securely was not possible. 5. one more : we rented the house for 6 days and we found only 2 tabs of dish washing detergents. this is not enough if there are 6 people for 6 days in the house! cleaning crew should do a better job! we paid a fairly steep price for renting and for cleaning services ! we LOVED the view of the entire Bay, beautiful to sit in the dining area and living room and to enjoy the fireworks for 4th of July on the top balcony, too. "

"The property was convenient for us. It was spotlessly clean. The small details were nicely thought out. The person who met us at the property was helpful and friendly. We have only one criticism: There is a wall between units that is not soundproofed. It needs to be. We were kept awake the entire first night by noise from the adjoining unit. Lots of people plus kids. The second night one of the kids (probably) was roller skating up and down the hallway in their unit. I went over and talked to them about it and they responded well. The skating stopped and we slept."
