"No issues at all. Clean with polite staff and basically what you would expect in a Louisiana casino experience. This is not the strip in Vegas and petrochem is king in Lake Charles so factor that into the clientele and surroundings but I’ve stayed twice and would do again as it is convenient to Houston. Amazing steak at Gordon Ramsay’s and don’t miss Steamboat Bill’s over the bridge for poboys. "

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everyone of the staff was polite, professional and welcoming. We never walked through the lobby without a friendly greeting. The hair dryer didnt work in our room, I stopped at the desk on our way out for the day. By the time we returned we had a new one installed. The breakfast was great. The nice lady handled the very busy room like a pro. We also utilized the pool and the entire family from 2 rooms had a great time. Thank you to all your staff. Im sure we will be back someday "

"The front desk was very accommodating. There is no coffee pot in the room and breakfast doesn't start until 7am so I missed out due to having to leave to go to work. I chose the hotel based off of the price plus the fact they served breakfast. The staff more than made up for my disappointment in hospitality. "
