"The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurants were very well run and all of the food and drinks were outstanding. The room was very clean and well stocked. The only suggestion would be that they hire window cleaners for the outside. They were very dirty and moldy. "

"I’ve stayed here many times during my visit to Westlake. This hotel is always clean, smells fresh and has great people working the front desk. It’s also very quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable!"

"Everything was great! Three complaints: I look fwd to upgrade/replacement ofthe key card locks cuz they were hit & miss! I had a hard time on the 2nd floor from the elavator to my room because there was an overpowering musty smell. I happened to have some bleach, thankfully, to clean/disinfect the underside of the bath faucet. It was moldy! Just the underside which is easily missed unless you crouch down and get your head low enough to look. The breakfast was my favorite part of each day. As a waffle lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the additional flavor available. Plain was always an option. Blueberry was once and the remainder of my 6 night stay was Birthday Cake. YUM!! The pancake maker next to the waffle iron was a first for me and I enjoyed it! "

"Questioning the cleanliness practices. Shower walls and around side and bottom of shower mold that could easily be avoided if properly cleaned between guests, or at least once a week. Made me leery of standing on floor of shower. What possible germs might be the result of not sanitizing? One bath towel. No shower soap in dispenser. Obviously not being cleaned by room personnel, nor being under the oversight of a supervisor. Toilet bowl not stable to the floor. "
