"The hotel was its typical nice and trendy. Staff always very helpful. The stay is always the same, efficient and clean."

"This was an odd stay. The hotel is in a peaceful location. The room was well appointed however, it had too few outlets and the Internet was spotty, slow or to the point of giving up on trying to get my work done. Very frustrating. The staff on checkout was young and made it sound like a problem to check out and return key cards in person. She told me “I see that you’re older and it’s no longer a thing to check out in person. It all online now”. Other thing is the shower curtain in room 310 didn’t reach fully around causing one side exposed and water on the floor. "

"My stay at the Hilton Rockville DC was very disappointing. • The bedsheets were dirty when I arrived • The hotel system was down, which delayed check-in and basic service • Customer service felt unhelpful and slow to respond • Amenities were limited compared to what I expected I expected a much better experience from a hotel at this level.
