"Always fresh excellent service"

"Excellent place to stay. The bathroom and amenities were spot on. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Parking was a problem. We could not find a spot. We were told that folks flying out of the Seattle airport were taking up parking spaces. I would hope that there would be dedicated spaces and posted sighs to indicate a reserved status for Veterans. I was staying at this wonderful hotel complements of the Veterans Administration (VA) for medical appointments at the Seattle VA on 12 Apr 26. My understanding is that parking spaces are included in the reservations for veterans traveling a long way to make their medical appointments at the Seattle VA. "Only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. Everytime we needed one, we waited for it to go up and down mulitple times before we could get on. Another guest said he's been staying there off and on for 6 months and they haven't worked the whole time he's been there. The pool was also closed our entire stay. Not worth the high price given these things. We won't be back. "

"The property is dated and could use a few upgrades, the complimentary breakfast was not always fully stocked, the laundry room was great (no fees), the staff was amazing very nice and helpful. Parking fills up pretty quickly. You have a few long term vehicles on the property. Room services every three days but you can ask the staff for additional towels. If need be the rooms can use refreshing the lobby areas could use new lanterns and lamps. Lampshades were broken on several. They do offer nice cookies at the front desk. Jess and team are very nice. "

"Rooms are good. Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal was gummy, eggs were watery and didn’t taste like eggs, boiled eggs were self peel and not easy to do, area is small and gets easily crowded and chaotic. Hours are bad for weekends 6-9? Needs extended to at least 10:00. Breakfast sitting area was messy and crowded as well. Barely room to move around when people are seated in chairs. Carpet very dirty and stained. Check in staff was very friendly and nice. "

"Need to clean better "

"Staff was nice. Water never got hot enough to shower, so I had to shower at work. Staff member didn't show up for morning second day of my stay. They are working on fixing the old Econolodge up, but it's kind of a lost cause. My door was opposite the staircase, so I had to listen to people stomping by and talking loudly most of the night, and the upstairs floors all shake whenever someone walks by. But they are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for."
