"I picked this hotel mainly for the proximity to the train station and the fact you can walk from there into the historic centre. This is similar as you would expect to other Ibis type hotels. There was an issue with the air conditioning initially in the room but the staff helped to resolve it. The breakfast had a good range of options, perhaps better than I had expected. It was convenient for exploring Regensburg and also in terms of when arriving from and travelling on to another destination by train with luggage. Opposite to the hotel there is also a shopping mall which is also useful. The reception and bar of the hotel are also nice."
