"The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. He watched everything you did and would tell you as soon as you opened the lid to get something to close it fast. I also over heard a argument between him and another guest cause he was being extremely rude to him too. Other then those 2 issues. We had a great stay "

"Stayed here on a roadtrip & so got to the hotel close to midnight. Staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly for the time of night which was much appreciated! As for the room it was modern & seemed very clean. Then, before leaving, the coffee in the lobby was some of the best coffee I’ve had at a hotel of this variety. All in all I was happily surprised by the quality of everything during my stay & would happily stay again."

"This is a great hotel…close to the airport, restaurants & stores. They also have great breakfast in the morning. The only issue right now is they are doing some renovations, so you hear drilling & some banging but it’s only until 6pm. I would recommend this hotel."

"First room had roaches, they moved me to another room which also had roaches. Decided to go to another hotel. The safety latch was broken in all the rooms also. "

"The staff was very friendly, the hotel was immaculate, the room was a good size, but I don’t like that the toilet area is separate from the shower area. I also love that you can walk from the hotel to Carowinds but it would be nice if they had a shuttle because after walking the park all day it would have been nice! "
