"The entire place is over-rated. Waiting in long long just to check in and then got sent to another line to get a parking pass. Room was very clean and nice, however, the mattress was terrible (we both sunk towards the middle of bed). We were out late second night and had to park at least 50 yards away from the entrance to the building as no spots were available any closer. The kitchen should have had coffee for two people for two nights. This was our 3rd try staying at this place in the last six months due to it being the cheapest, and each time just not up to par. We won't be back."

"Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. They had to move our room because they didn't know when our room would be ready. A/C wouldn't go below 72*. Room smelled musty. The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"

What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."
