"It's close to the airport. Was given a disabled room for some reason. Not disabled at all, although was inconvenienced by having to used a disabled toilet while not being disabled, so that was annoying. It's "affordable"."

"I loved that the tv rotated. I loved my corner room. I loved that it was close to shopping and copper hawk winery. Also, the regal movie theater. I loved the shuttle provided. Great location! Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. I had orange juice, sausage and hash browns. But they had your typical things just wasn’t great quality."

"All good except sofa bed wasn’t usable. Mattress was sunken and had a bar in your back."

"Crown plaza was our very first stay at this hotel. Everything was accommodating ,we we're pick up by hotel shuttle and was given a early check-in which was a plus. The room was clean that gave a good first impression We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning at ki ki restaurant. Overall we had a good stay. "

"The staff is very rude and don’t do their jobs, the pool was super dirty "

"The hotel was just ok. The location and the pool area were nice. The hallways of the hotel were extremely hot and humid - like no AC was on at all. The bathrooms all need to be renovated. The towels were very dingy and gross. We also were only given 2 towels. I requested more towels, and we were never given any more towels. I think overall the hotel was overpriced for what you actually get."
