"When checking in, I was helped by Nichole. I'll be honest, she set the tone for my stay at the hotel. Nichole was pleasent, knowledgeable, and most of all she made me feel welcomed. Maybe she's the reason that it didn't bother me that of the two elevators closest to the lobby, there was only one elevator working. The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly. My room (King bed with balcony) was clean and the hit water was quick in arriving for my showers. I had a question for the cleaning staff and they were extremely accommodating and handled it ASAP. The only reason I gave a 4 Star was because of the elevator. They did have three working elevators on the other side of the lobby, but the one that most new guests use the two closest to the lobby. I had a very positive stay and would stay there again without hesitation."

"The property is located near tons of place to eat, pharmacy, supermarket and near interstate. Nice Coby setting, pool is not huge but decent.. rooms are a little out dated, no microwaves in rooms unless requested. Didn’t try breakfast but was included.. shower was not great at all, barely got water to come out but sinks are so strong they wet your clothing lol. Balcony and patios are decent sized depending on your room. "

"Hotel close to the beach, but the beds are very small, barely fit 2 people. My wife has bug bed bite all over her legs. I read the reviews and someone else also have bug bed bite so look out. Don't Stay here. None of the USB charging are working. The Safe is not working. The Iron is not working. Only one elevator is working. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. They also charged $50 for checking in early."

"The breakfast was fine. The room was clean but somewhat "outdated". The staff were all good."

"The staff at the Beach House were super amicable and helpful. The amenities were superb as well (they provide beach bench and umbrella, but you have to be out there early). The pool area is also nice, it just gets very busy, so you should be patient when you order drinks or food. The only thing that bothered me was the valet. Besides having to pay $61.50+ tax every day, they took over 30 minutes to bring out the car even if you call ahead of time. Besides the valet parking, the hotel was in perfect location if you’re looking to be in-front of the beach! P.S. I highly recommend Erika at the Spa if you’re looking for a relaxed massage!!"

"We had a sleepless night as the security guard on our floor was listening to music on his phone directly outside of our room from 1:00 am! Also woke up to a bathroom leak. Won’t be coming back."
