"Good location at reasonable prices. However the check in staff was RUDE and HORRIBLE. Worst Customer Service we have ever encountered in 50 years of traveling. They mixed up reservations and tried to blame it on us. It was pathetic. Then MGR Mauro tried to apologize and gave us a couple of free drinks ..."
