"There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. "

"The location of the property is quite remote but we knew this when we booked. Perfect tranquility! It is on the edge of a small village which is near to a small town with a direct rail link into. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. "Luxury hotel in beautiful surroundings. Spacious rooms, nice and clean everywhere, high and friendly service. The only drawback is the nearby restaurant (Brennerei) which is not able to live up to the hotel quality standards."

"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper.
