I read reviews about bed bugs so the first thing I did upon entering the room was lift the mattress only to find live bed bugs - yikes.
This hotel carpets are spoiled and stained with many smells. It’s located on top of a strip club. The hotel reeks of smoke, weed and alcohol.
I tried bringing the bed bug issue with the hotel manager but all he seemed to offer was a “larger room”. Like no, if this room has bed bugs, I’m sure they all do. The size of the room doesn’t matter. "
"The location of the property is quite remote but we knew this when we booked. Perfect tranquility! It is on the edge of a small village which is near to a small town with a direct rail link into. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. Ideal if visiting the nearby golf course or if you just want to explore the natural beauty of the immediate countryside all around. The management were also very friendly and helpful meeting all our needs in the most professional manner."
