The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "This is one of the best hotels Ive ever visited. Easy to find and park. Fast check in and the staff carried my 2 bags to the room. Hotel restaurant = fine dining with great winelist. All the hotels are filled with elefants. Breakfast = great ! "

Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
