"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"

"This hotel has it all ! We stayed there for 2 days (after walking the Stubaier Höhenweg).
The infrastructure is renewed in a modern style with traditional elements, and with latest standards.
The bed was really lovely, and we loved the sauna area. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very nice.
But the hosts (and rest of staff) were outstanding : so welcoming and attentive !
This is a hotel that stands above most of the hotels in the Alps !"
