They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best.

We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills.
