"Ok so the place looks to be great. Check in was no problem. The major problem was timing for our stay was during the low season so only grocery markets were opened nothing else no restaurants. We looked all over the island too. My opinion is if the person who checked us in knew this she should have warned us: Nothing is opened. You don’t want to stay here unless you have kids

"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."
