Excellent staff at the front desk and restaurant. Very clean, spacious room and overall a great stay. One warning: DO NOT use the laundry service on a Sunday. We were told it would be a higher rate because it was Sunday, which was understandable. I expected maybe around $100 for a few clothing items, not $253 USD. I do not blame the staff at all, they were excellent. But that laundry charge was ridiculous. Without that issue, this hotel would easily be a 5-star review from me.

The room was uncomfortably small for two people. But the location was decent and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

We eat ours breakfast because kitchen is equipped well. We will stay in this hotel if again travel to Vienna.Very happy with our stay, beautiful rooms with a lot of space and excellent location.

Great location at walking distance of central museums and shops. Excellent breakfast and competent employees at the front desk. A jewel of Old Europe. Highly recommend, also at 2 blocks distance of great restaurants. The dinner at the hotel is also excellent. A winner all around.

Grand Ferdinand was FANTASTIC!!! Our room was "Petite Chic" - tiny & perfect. Check in staff - she was awesome! Wish we got her name. Went above and beyond with helpful information. Not just the basics - where to get groceries, transport to our events, holiday weekend hours & info..... 🍋Breakfast.... AMAZING 💞 🍋 Staff ***** Food ***** buffet & a la carte Drinks - coffee, juice, tea..... ***** Everything so delicious! 🍋 Weather wasn't great.... But I still went in the rooftop endless pool TWICE! 2X 🏊‍♀️ This is not my typical review... Good good ok - not a paragraph. I would 100% recommend this hotel I wish we had time to stay another night. Price was a bit high - but Saturday of a holiday weekend, city center & Eurovision in Vienna (we knew nothing about... Until we were here) I've already recommended it to friends with an extra day in Vienna - we are in Graz for the week now.
