"Pros - The building and grounds are beautiful. Staff are very friendly and service was efficient. Rooms clean, and spacious with good heating. Cons - Room in general just requires updating. Wardrobe door broken supposed to slide but you have to lift it to move it and it was heavy. A lot of the channels on the TV didn’t work either. We were supposed to get a king but got two singles pushed together which creates an awkward dip in the middle. Not enough loungers or even seats in the spa area. People were turning up with literally nowhere left to sit and we couldn’t get a lounger one of the days we were there. Steam room and sauna broken during our stay (sauna got fixed late on the second afternoon of a two night stay)."

"The room was lovely and all the staff were very friendly and polite. The meal in the evening was very well presented and delicious the breakfast was absolutely great. We have no hesitation in booking again "
