I really wanted to leave a five-star review, but honestly, I booked this hotel because of the hot tub, so we were pretty disappointed. Not the staff's fault and again, they were wonderful. I always look for good eggs in a hearty hotel breakfast, and I got great eggs and other breakfast items, so that was a win!"

"Nothing worked: TV turns on but would not go to specific channel, tub drains slower than molasses in January, hair dryer doesn’t turn on, chair was broken, walls were so thin it’s like bad porn audio on autoplay late into the night. I’ve stayed in only one place worse than it. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, breakfast was scheduled at 6:00-9:00 and we got to the dining to find the staff just realized the person didn’t show up to get the items prepared."

"The front desk service here is exceptional; the gentleman who checked me in was amazing and truly made me feel at home. I really appreciated the hot food options for breakfast in the lobby, and while there wasn't an outdoor dining area, there was a great grassy spot outside that was perfect for my dog. Very welcoming stay!"

"Yikes. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the casino and the reviews were ok. I was unable to get ice out of the ice machine. There was small pieces of trash in the hallway. It was obvious it was never vacuumed. There was a stench in the entire property and the lobby was used as a storage area with large boxes. Undesirables in the hallway and parking lot. Small uncomfortable bed and pillows. My friend was unable to lock his 1st floor window, we had to use an ice scraper to prevent the window from being opened from the outside. No breakfast and they do not have a casino shuttle as they advertise. The bathroom is very small and the towels were old and stained. Stay away"
