"Exterior of building is dated... It's next to a truck stop. Lobby and hallways and breakfast room are clean and bright. Our king bed room was wonderful with new plank flooring and a spa tub and hide a bed couch and good lighting. Combo tub/shower also. Don't let the old fashioned Super 8 sign put you off. We would definitely stay here again unless we wanted a place with a pool."

"So I’m not one to complain. However there was a spot in the bathroom on the front side of the sink that had pee on it. Not a HUGE deal. I mean yeah gross but it was an easy spot to miss. However, when I said something at check out about our room not being cleaned the best, she said “well maintenance might’ve been in there working” and what? Peed on the wall? lol so I told her I’m not trying to be a nuisance or looking to get anything for free and I was just letting them know. Whatever, again, not a big deal. Then when we got home, I started itching really bad. I have bites all over my body. I’m not one to make a big deal outta things and I feel bad for leaving a crappy review but I’ve never had anything like this happen before. My husband and I used to come here to celebrate our anniversary and we’ve always loved it. Needless to say it’s extremely run down, and we won’t be back. I didn’t see any bed bugs because we did (kinda) check. We weren’t very thorough due to being there before with no issues. However I have multiple clusters of bites all over. Book at your own risk of course"

"Staff ladies are the sweetest. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the king bed was a dream to sleep in. The breakfast was good. Definitely would come back."

"Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. Pictures from when it first opened or remodeled i would assume. Don't waste your money. There is nobody on site either to help. The manager redone quickly which is great but he's the gatekeeper to the owner who does nothing. They would not reimburse us one night stay for the lack of bed. Very frustrating. "
