The building is very well located, but the check in was confusing. The building concierge cannot really answer questions about the property and I had recurring issues with the television router with nobody to assist me. There's a business line to call, but if you're offsite working all day, they're really not available to answer questions. The link I received did not work and I didn't feel I really had the "instructions" to the apartment. When I was able to call in, the person who answered was very helpful, but overall I felt like customer support was lacking. There was also a lot of early morning noise associated with garbage or delivery trucks servicing the nearby restaurants.
