"We have stayed at this hotel and the Hampton Inn next door. At Springhill Suites, we had to pay for parking, check out was an hour earlier than Hampton Inn, and we could hear the people walking around the room above us. The two hotels share a parking lot, so having to pay $10/night for parking at one hotel but not the other was annoying. The rooms and breakfast are pretty much the same. "

"The rooms here are always clean and the breakfast is always great. The staff at is very friendly and efficient. This is a very well managed hotel. My only complaint is that I wish there was a tip jar for the breakfast staff - they deserve a little bump for the well stocked, neat and clean breakfast bar. "

"There was confusion during check-in as the rental agency did not update the packet/keys with my information and the concierge did not know what to do. I had to call the billing department to confirm there was not a payment issue and that is how it was discovered that the previous renter information was left on the packet/keys that should have had my information updated. Not a huge problem, but did delay my dinner by approximately 1.5 hour which was rather inconvenient. "

"The first room smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. After being moved, the second room smelled like ramen, and the hallway smelled of marijuana. The hotel also advertises a bar and food service on its website, but neither was operating — only breakfast was available. The stay was disappointing and did not match what was advertised. On the plus side, I’ve stayed in worse hotels."
