"The rooms were clean and cozy! We liked the breakfast, cold water accessible all day, and the Blue Hen was fantastic! My only complaint was the noise from the drunken patrons of the bar next door. We stayed at the Avenue II, and almost every night around 1am, people were yelling and screaming outside the bar. I thought there was a noise ordinance preventing that. We’d stay here again but in the main hotel."

"The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, yet conversely, it was also a serene location. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and drying bars were all great amenities, and so were the lounge, ice machine, and self-serve station downstairs. The bikes and beach chairs (that come with locks, yes), were an inspiring amenity I would love to see in more short-term rentals, and my partner and I enjoyed using them to get around during our stay. The owners were very accommodating, and helped us out upon arrival with everything we needed and were a text away if we had any additional questions or concerns. If you're visiting Rehoboth Beach, I would consider this spot is a hidden gem."

"My family and I stayed three nights, the checking in was a bit confusing as you need to call a number, then finish your check in, in the small room at the front of the property over the phone. The beds were comfortable but the window has no view unless you want to show everyone what you’re doing. The room was somewhat clean, in a few places there was dust collected. I wish at least they would put a chair to seat on, only beds to seat on. Also a few extra hooks to hang towels or bags would have been great. The AC is very loud. It is close to restaurants and shops. It was on our budget this year but maybe we’ll splurge a bit next time and stay somewhere else closer to the beach."
