"My family and I loved the location of the property. But we absolutely hated that there’s no parking for the complex. Like I’d be willing to pay an extra fee for parking. Seven family members with all that luggage kinda made it hard. But I’d still go back."

"Very convenient for airport and Reykjavik. very easy to use the self check in. We selected the location due to free parking, which they do have, but only 16 spots (and I think people created a few extra as well). The parking space is tight for anything of any size (like a Van/RV/truck). Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the foosball table, they also had, but we did not use the board games and take/leave library. Easy walking distance to a number or restaurants. "

"The staff were very friendly. I would suggest they have more staff available when cruises are embarking and disembarking. The two young ladies were overwhelmed by guests checking in and checking out simultaneously. Great location for dining, shopping and sightseeing. "

"Our stay here was fine. The location is in a very walkable area of city center location without all the noise. Front desk staff was AMAZING, so helpful; promptly answering emails long before our arrival and letting us know how to get around. They let us store our suitcases when we arrived super early. Our room was fine, but not fancy; very clean. It had all the basic accommodations; bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, spacious. You can purchase a breakfast buffet with your room. It was very nice, plenty of options. Only downside is that they have one small elevator; it may be a long wait, if there is a large group. I loved my stay here made better by ALL the staff at the front desk; they were so helful and kind. I wish I knew their names. "
